TERMS OF USE

Revisions Policy
After the provisional delivery, we will make revisions, including changes in direction, up to a maximum of three times within the scope of the basic fee. However, the second revision will be a revision of the first revision, and the third revision will be a revision of the second revision. After the third revision or upon final delivery, the following terms (2 and 3) will apply.
In the event of any technical issues, such as file corruption or degraded video quality, we will promptly address and correct them, even after the final delivery. If such issues arise, please contact us via email within 14 days of the delivery.
Please note that we will address any issues by correcting the defective parts, and we cannot offer refunds. Additionally, after the final delivery, no changes in direction or other alterations will be accepted.
No guarantees will apply for any requests made 15 days or more after the final delivery, regardless of the reason.

Revisions and Changes After the Revision Period
After the revision period outlined in section 1, or for any changes in direction regardless of the revision period, the following fees will apply:
• If the total length of the revised content is less than 25% of the original video: 25% of the total amount
• If the total length of the revised content is between 25% and 50% of the original video: 50% of the total amount
• If the total length of the revised content is between 50% and 75% of the original video: 75% of the total amount
• If the total length of the revised content is between 75% and 100% of the original video: 100% of the total amount
Note: The total amount refers to the original video production cost, including all related expenses.
This fee applies to each revision. If the revision is completed and then a re-revision is requested, additional charges will apply.
If the revision only involves changes to subtitles or images, the charges will follow the guidelines outlined in section 3.

Revisions After the Revision Period and Directional Changes
After the revision period outlined in section 1, or for any directional changes regardless of the revision period, the following fees will apply for revisions limited to replacing subtitles or images:
• If the total length of the revised content is less than 25% of the original video: 25% of half the total amount
• If the total length of the revised content is between 25% and 50% of the original video: 50% of half the total amount
• If the total length of the revised content is between 50% and 75% of the original video: 75% of half the total amount
• If the total length of the revised content is between 75% and 100% of the original video: 50% of the total amount
Note: The total amount refers to the original video production cost, including all related expenses.
This fee applies to each revision. If the revision is completed and then a re-revision is requested, additional charges will apply.
If the revision involves any changes other than 1) replacing subtitles or 2) replacing images, the charges outlined in section 2 will apply.

Revisions After 15 Days from Delivery
Regarding sections 2 and 3, revisions requested after 15 days from the final delivery will be accommodated to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee that revisions will be possible. Depending on the status of the project files, source files, the nature of the revision, the time elapsed since delivery, or other circumstances, we may not be able to accommodate the requested revisions. Additionally, please note that the revision fees may change without prior notice. For more details regarding revisions, feel free to contact us via email.

Usage Rights of Produced Videos
For videos produced by us, there are no general restrictions on the media in which they may be used. No prior approval from us is required for credit attribution or for the choice of media, and there are no set limitations on the duration of usage. Furthermore, there are no restrictions on modifications or alterations for the use of the video. However, please note that the music tracks, motion graphics, or other elements used within the video cannot be sold or redistributed separately from the video itself.

Copyright and Usage of Materials in Videos
All music, illustrations, images, and other copyrighted materials used in our videos are sourced from materials that have been verified to be properly licensed or cleared for use. However, there may be instances where a “copyright claim” is made by the platform where the video is uploaded. If such a claim is made, we will assist by submitting a “dispute” to the platform within one month of delivery, but only once. (Please note that your account information may be required for this process.)
However, even if we submit the necessary information to the platform, there is no guarantee that the claim will be withdrawn. In such cases, the use of the video can continue as the usage rights for the materials have been properly obtained. However, please be aware that this may impact monetization on certain platforms.
If the “claim” is not withdrawn after we have sent the required information to the platform, it will be necessary for you to directly negotiate with the platform. We are not liable for the outcome of such negotiations.
