在学中より、インディペンデント映画制作団体MILGALBOM主宰。
テレビ番組制作会社、イベント会社、
営業ビデオおよびブライダルビデオ会社にて
制作および技術部門を経て、2010年渡米。
在ニューヨーク企業にて、
コンテンツ制作・管理および著作権管理部署等に従事し、
自社および関連会社向けPV映像制作。
同時にウェブCMやYouTube動画を中心とした各種映像制作を手がけ、
2019年 ニューヨーク・マンハッタンにTOMOCREATE, INC.設立。
日本ポストプロダクション協会 映像音響処理技術者（JPPA）。
1級フォトマスター。
FAA(アメリカ連邦航空局)ドローンパイロット（UAS）。

Lead Creator of TOMOCREATE
HIROYUKI OKAWARA
Born in 1982 in Sendai City, Japan.
Graduated from the Faculty of Letters, Waseda University, with a major in Literary Studies.
Completed studies at the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, in Film and TV Industry.
While at Waseda University, he was the leader of the independent film production group MILGALBOM.
He has worked in production and technical departments at a TV production company, event company, and a company specializing in sales and bridal videos. He moved to the U.S. in 2010.
In New York, he worked in content production, management, and copyright management for a corporate entity, creating promotional videos for both his company and its affiliates. He also handled the production of web commercials and YouTube videos, among other video works.
In 2019, he founded TOMOCREATE, INC. in Manhattan, New York.

• Certified 1st Grade Photo Master
• FAA Certified Commercial Drone Pilot (UAS)
He has extensive production experience, including independent films, web commercials for Japanese and American companies, and YouTube videos for both businesses and individuals.
Based on classical filmmaking techniques, we explore the essence of ‘timelessness,’
incorporating the latest trends to reflect ‘the now,’
and offering ‘uniqueness’ that you won’t find anywhere else.
We are always in search of new ways to combine these elements and create fresh forms of expression.”
